data-start=\"296\" data-end=\"340\">Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Coletiva de Trabalho 2025\/2026<\/strong> foi oficialmente registrada e define as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho, reajustes salariais e vig\u00eancia para os profissionais que atuam em <strong data-start=\"470\" data-end=\"513\">estabelecimentos de servi\u00e7os funer\u00e1rios<\/strong> nas regi\u00f5es de <strong data-start=\"529\" data-end=\"576\">Itagua\u00ed, Nil\u00f3polis, Nova Igua\u00e7u e Paracambi<\/strong>, no Estado do Rio de Janeiro.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"897\">O documento foi firmado entre o <strong data-start=\"640\" data-end=\"707\">Sindicato dos Estabelecimentos de Servi\u00e7os Funer\u00e1rios do Estado<\/strong> e o <strong data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"825\">Sindicato dos Trabalhadores do Com\u00e9rcio de Nova Igua\u00e7u, Nil\u00f3polis, Itagua\u00ed, Paracambi e munic\u00edpios adjacentes<\/strong>, representados por seus respectivos presidentes e membros de diretoria.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"932\"><strong data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"932\">Vig\u00eancia e Data-base<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"1184\">A conven\u00e7\u00e3o estabelece que sua <strong data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"977\">vig\u00eancia<\/strong> ter\u00e1 in\u00edcio em <strong data-start=\"993\" data-end=\"1015\">1\u00ba de maio de 2025<\/strong>, estendendo-se at\u00e9 <strong data-start=\"1035\" data-end=\"1058\">30 de abril de 2026<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1059\" data-end=\"1062\" \/>A <strong data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1090\">data-base da categoria<\/strong> permanece fixada em <strong data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1125\">1\u00ba de maio<\/strong>, per\u00edodo em que passam a valer os novos pisos e reajustes.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1210\"><strong data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1210\">Abrang\u00eancia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1361\">A norma coletiva abrange os <strong data-start=\"1240\" data-end=\"1266\">empregados no com\u00e9rcio<\/strong> que atuam em <strong data-start=\"1280\" data-end=\"1323\">estabelecimentos de servi\u00e7os funer\u00e1rios<\/strong> localizados nos seguintes munic\u00edpios:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1444\">\n<li data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1381\">\n<p data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1381\"><strong data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1379\">Itagua\u00ed\/RJ<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1402\">\n<p data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1402\"><strong data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1400\">Nil\u00f3polis\/RJ<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1425\">\n<p data-start=\"1405\" data-end=\"1425\"><strong data-start=\"1405\" data-end=\"1423\">Nova Igua\u00e7u\/RJ<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1426\" data-end=\"1444\">\n<p data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1444\"><strong data-start=\"1428\" trabalhadores que atuam em estabelecimentos de servi\u00e7os funer\u00e1rios ser\u00e1 de <strong data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1654\">R$ 1.790,00 (um mil setecentos e noventa reais)<\/strong> mensais.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1821\">Esse valor representa o m\u00ednimo que deve ser pago aos profissionais da categoria, garantindo maior seguran\u00e7a e equil\u00edbrio nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es trabalhistas do setor.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1828\" data-end=\"1853\"><strong data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"1853\">Reajuste Salarial<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"2138\">Os <strong data-start=\"1858\" data-end=\"1876\">sal\u00e1rios fixos<\/strong> e <strong data-start=\"1879\" data-end=\"1897\">parcelas fixas<\/strong> dos empregados nas empresas de servi\u00e7os funer\u00e1rios dos munic\u00edpios de <strong data-start=\"1967\" data-end=\"2069\">Nova Igua\u00e7u, Nil\u00f3polis, Itagua\u00ed, Paracambi, Belford Roxo, Queimados, Japeri, Serop\u00e9dica e Mesquita<\/strong> ser\u00e3o <strong data-start=\"2076\" data-end=\"2137\">corrigidos conforme os \u00edndices estabelecidos na conven\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p
